We drive to align, coordinate and support initiatives to attract Military Veterans, Reservist and National Guard members from all branches of the service. We seek candidates who have the appropriate skill sets, discipline and leadership capability to fill workforce gaps at entry and mid-career levels wthin Southern Company. We focus on three primary objectives in order to implement this strategy: effective branding and emphais on carerr awareness within the military community, Military Sourcing and Recruiting programs and formation and development of key startegic partnerships with organizations that align with our military recruiting.
