Melinda Walton requests that the Family Resource Network be permitted to use the Tyler Consolidated commons area to hold a Back to School Fair for Pre-K to 5 th grade students on August 8, 2016. 2. Trip Requests: a. Matt Jennings, TCHS Band Director, requests approval to take the Tyler Consolidated Marching Band to the following events: Football games at Doddridge on September 2, Calhoun on September 23, South Harrison on October 14 and Magnolia on October 21, with buses for transportation.. Band Competitions at Ripley on October 1 and Spencer on October 15, with buses for transportation. Parades in Paden City on September 5, Sistersville on September 17, Middlebourne on October 15, Sistersville on October 27, Sistersville on December 2, and Middlebourne on December 10, with buses for transportation. He also requests that select band students be permitted to attend all-state band auditions at WVU in Morgantown on November 22, 2016. 3. Personnel Requests: a. Allana Paden requests an unpaid extension of her approved maternity leave through 9/12/2016.
