I ve shared a few Buzzfeed lists in the past regarding mental health, and this week, Buzzfeed is back with a great list on how to talk to your parents about your struggles. I ve spoken to many of you over the years who have shared with me that your parents wouldn t be open to the idea of you going to counseling or that they just don t get it. Here s some helpful advice for how to deal if that s the case. ~Niloofar https://www.buzzfeed.com/annaborges/how-do-i-tell-my-parents-ineedmental-health-help?utm_term=.gw3vyqq1xx#.ubk6pojx7b Things to do in KC This Week Things to Do in KC This Week (Compiled from around the web. Featured in the gallery space will be an exhibition of fiber and sculpture work made by Imagine That! artists. There will also be a fashion show and live music outside.
