Monday May 13 Senior Honors Convocation PAC @ 6:00 p.m. Thursday & Friday May 16 & 17 Senior Finals- during regular school day Friday May 17 Senior Luau, 3:30-5:30 p.m., Amphi Pool Wednesday May 22 Mandatory graduation practice, 1:00 p.m. Small Gym Thursday May 23 Graduation Report to the Small Gym by 6:15 p.m. Bring cap & gown only - no visitors, bags, cameras, cell phones, flowers, balloons, etc. Ceremony begins at 7:00 p.m. The Project Grad Party follows the graduation ceremony Doors open at 8:30 p.m. entry to the gym by 10:30 p.m.

Books, Fees, Equipment Seniors must have all books, library books, outstanding debts and athletic equipment returned by Friday, May 17, 2019 at 3:30 p.m. If there are still any unresolved debts at this time, the student will not be allowed to participate in the ceremony. Graduation Credits Dress Code Students must have completed all graduation requirements in order to participate in graduation ceremonies. Check with your counselor. All coursework including finals MUST be completed by May 17 th, before 3:30 p.m. Only coursework completed by the above date and time will be counted towards participation in the graduation ceremony. All students are expected to use a personal sense of dignity as a guideline for dress. Specific regulations include: 1. Honors Convocation Formal Event, caps and gowns required (long pants, dresses, shirt, shoes) 2. Senior Luau Casual dress within regular school guidelines 3. Practice session Casual dress within regular school guidelines (practice is outside) 4. Graduation Caps and gowns required (long pants, dresses, shirt, shoes) On the evening of graduation, all seniors will report to the Small Gym by 6:15 pm. Graduates must carry their caps and gowns to this area. Once you enter the Small Gym you may not leave. Please leave all bags, cameras, cell phones, etc. in your car or with a family member. Only caps and gowns may be carried into the gym. Please note*you will be required to surrender any of the items listed above at check-in and items can be picked up in the Small Gym after the ceremony. Issuance of Diplomas Graduates will receive only their diploma covers during the graduation ceremony. Diplomas will be issued in the Small Gym following the ceremony until 9:00 PM. After that, diplomas can be picked up in the office during regular business hours. Pictures and Filming during the Ceremony Family and friends must stay in the bleachers during the graduation ceremony. No one is allowed to enter the graduation area (main field) during the ceremony to film or take pictures. There will be professional photographers set up to take a picture and film each graduate as he or she receives the diploma. Family and friends are not permitted to enter the field until the ceremony has been completed.

Graduation Ceremony Agreement In an effort to maintain a graduation ceremony exemplifying dignity and decorum, I agree to conform to the following guidelines: I will attend mandatory practice at 1:00 p.m., May 22, 2019 in the Small Gym. I agree to dress uniformly in the appropriate cap and gown. I understand that no decorated caps or gowns are allowed and the consequences will be to 1) undecorated the cap and/or gown, or 2) not walk/participate in the ceremony. I agree not to be involved in any inappropriate behavior such as: Inappropriate language/gestures Throwing of objects Excessive loud talking, disrupting Any other behaviors contrary to the school code of conduct. I understand that I will be escorted from the field immediately for any infraction of the above guidelines.
