The following is a summary of activities which have taken place and which are soon to come. By this evening our eighth grade students will have all received Confirmation at their respective parishes Our Lady, Star of the Sea, Cape May, Our Lady of Angels, CMCH, St. John Neumann, North Cape May and Notre Dame de la Mer, Wildwood. Congratulations to these students and may the strength they have received from the reception of this sacrament enable them to carry out all the privileges and responsibilities of a confirmed Catholic. After a ride on the famous Tram Car, our 8 th grade entertained our visitors with games, pizza lunch and a visit from the Fudgy Wudgy ice cream man! The 8 th graders held their flower ceremony for their parents on Wednesday at practice. Thank you to our 8 th graders and good luck next year in high school! CTC Sports Banquet Monday June 5 th @ 6:00pm CTC Sports Banquet at The Grand in Cape May. Don t forget to reserve your spot by May 26, 2017! Forms were sent home to those who participated in Soccer, Cross Country, Varsity Basketball, JV Basketball, Varsity Cheer, JV Cheer and Softball! Coaches and Student Athletes are complementary of the Athletic Association. All other guests are $20.00 each. Should you have a favorite picture you would like to see on the slideshow at the banquet, please forward athleticdirector@capetrinitycatholic.org. We look forward to seeing you at the banquet. Shooting Stars Basketball Camp CTC will be hosting a basketball camp Mon-Fri June 26 th - June 30 th from 6:00pm 8:00pm at the EEC Sister Sheila Murphy Gym. The camp is designed for those girls and boys entering 5 th 8 th grades. The cost of this camp is $80 per participant. Camp T-shirt is included. Come out to learn and strengthen your basketball skills. The last day of camp will be a review of the skills learned and prizes awarded for Free Throw, 4 on 4 and Shooting. This camp is open to the public. Please invite your friends! Limited to the first 40 participants! Thank you to our sponsors Monzo, Hillegas & Catanese and Fielders Choice Lawn Care, LLC. Camp Registration to be sent out next week. Cross Country and Soccer Registrations Registrations for Soccer have been given out to those interested that are entering 6 th 8 th grades this fall. Registrations for Cross Country have been given out to those interested that are entering 5 th -8 th grade next fall. Please submit the registration forms and registration fee by June 9 th, 2017. Practices begin in August. Parents Survey Results Thank you to the parents that filled out the Sports Survey. Your comments, concerns and suggestions are being evaluated to help make our sports programs better.
