Polk Building, Suite 1800 505 Deaderick Street Nashville, TN 37243-0349 SUBJECT: Clarification of Adjustment request dated July 19, 2018 to include Highway Infrastucture Program (HIP) funding and to adjust project 17-2014-058 (Concord Road (SR-332) from north of Turkey Creek Rd. to Northshore Rd.) Dear TDOT, The Knoxville Regional TPO requests concurrence by TDOT to adjust the FY 2017-2020 TIP concerning the following: HIP Revenue Adjustment - The Highway Infrastructure Program (HIP) will be updated into Appendix E upon the STIP crosswalk approval of same by FHWA. The financial tables were updated to include the HIP funding code and $2,479,974 of HIP funds. Old & amended funding tables are attached. Adjustment 17-2014-058 (Concord Road (SR-332) from north of Turkey Creek Rd. to Northshore Rd.) - Adjust project by moving CN from FY 2017 to FY 2018 and adding $1,983,979 federal Highway Infrastructure Program (HIP) funding to the project. The HIP federal funding program is a new addition to the TIP. With no change to the CN phase cost, this adjustment will reduce federal L-STBG funding on this project by $1,983,979. There is no change to the state match total. This adjustment has been incorporated into our FY 2017-2020 TIP. The financial tables and project page are included with this letter. If you have any questions please contact me at (865) 215-3825. Sincerely, Craig Luebke Transportation Planner The TPO coordinates a comprehensive, multi-modal transportation planning process for the Knoxville regional area.
