If a member visits the gym at least 12 times per month, they can earn a $20 reimbursement per eligible month, $240 annually ($40 reimbursement per eligible month/$480 annually for members and eligible spouses who participate). The reimbursement will be deposited directly into their bank account or credited to their fitness center membership dues, depending on the fitness center they select.
