We do not encourage projects to begin installation until the approval letter is received. Local inspections cannot be done prior to date of approval letter. NOTE: Approval letters are not an approval of the project as submitted. The approval letter is an authorization to commence work and a commitment that funds have been reserved. All projects must meet program guidelines in order to receive rebate payment despite a commitment letter. Questions on Applications: Theresa Heller theresa.heller@csgrp.com
