Merit Badge Programs and Strasenburgh Planetarium The cost of all Merit Badge programs at the Rochester Museum & Science Center is $12 per scout and $4 per adult. All Merit Badge programs include experiments, related activities, and all requirements for a badge. The cost of the program DOES NOT include a badge. Badges are available through the Boy Scout Office. The program will have a 30 minute lunch or dinner break. Scouts should bring a brown bag meal with them. Please bring blue cards to each session. All programs except for Indian Lore are two-day programs. To complete your registration, a $40 deposit is required for a group of six or more scouts.
