The LABS area lets you preview features the imeet team is developing, and send your feedback. This first release of LABS includes a Scheduling feature and a new HTML5 meeting room. To enable these features, go to Settings and on the LABS tab, set the features to ON. SUMMARY OF CHANGES Release 4.2.0 includes the following new features and enhancements. Chat improvements: > When you invite someone to chat via their email address, the invitation now includes a download link for the imeet desktop app. > You can see all participants in a group chat, even those who are offline. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS imeet is available for Windows and Mac systems. The imeet for Windows download also includes the imeet Toolbar for Microsoft Outlook. Windows 7 through 10 and Mac OS X 10.9 or later. Intel or AMD processor 1.8 GHz CPU or higher. Recommend 2.3 GHz or higher. Minimum 2GB of RAM. Internet Explorer 8, Apple Safari 6.2 (Mac OS X only), Mozilla Firefox 25, and Google Chrome 16 or later. Flash Player version 19 or later. Screen Share requires.net 4.0.3 or later. The imeet Toolbar supports Microsoft Outlook 2007, 2010, 2013, and 2016. It requires the.net 3.5 framework. Be sure your computer has all the necessary operating system updates installed. SCHEDULER Select Enable scheduler to send meeting invitations and free/busy polls from the desktop app. When you select this option, the Scheduler tab is added to the imeet navigation bar. SCHEDULE EVENT Enter a meeting title and invitee email addresses, then pick a date and time. imeet sends everyone a meeting invitation with your web meeting URL and dial-in information. Location. SCHEDULING POLLS ( FREE/BUSY ) A scheduling poll lets you propose meeting times, monitor responses, and then schedule a meeting for the date and time that works best for everyone. RESPOND TO A POLL REQUEST (EMAIL) imeet sends an email similar to this example to your invitees. Each person can open the poll and choose the dates and times that work. TIP: If you have the desktop app installed and the Scheduler enabled, you can view and respond to all poll requests sent to you via the imeet desktop app. See Respond to Polls on the next page.
