After that, due to poor participation, we are cancelling our contract and this will no longer be offered as a fundraiser for our music program and students. Sign up at http://signup.com/go/oddxkcd From Mindy Jensen PMB Vice-President: CHILIRIFIC MUSICPALOOZA. We are looking at putting together a Door County Getaway package as big raffle item. Items that could be included are a hotel stay, dinner certificates, golf packages, tours, certificates for any wineries, etc. If anyone has contacts in the Door County willing to donate such an item or allow us to purchase an item at a reduced rate, please contact Lisa Voelker. Donation letters went out last week. If anyone knows of other businesses we can ask, please let me know. For bargain shoppers, you can start picking up items for the Chilirific Musicpalooza silent auction gift baskets. Baskets are also needed for the silent auction gift baskets. If anyone is interested in helping with the planning process, please contact me. This is a great way to get involved and bring fresh ideas! Within in the next couple years, we will need new leads for this event and getting involved early will help with the transition. Mindy Jensen mmjensen59@gmail.com or 920-604-2280 From Lisa Voelker PMB Treasurer: SCRIP ORDERS: The Boosters will be offering many different gift cards for order through Great Lakes Scrip for the upcoming holidays to be used as gifts. 1/2 of the rebate applies to your student booster account. Order these by Wednesday December 6 and they will be available for pick up the following week, in plenty of time for Christmas. See the order form at the end of this newsletter or on our website. GAS AND GROCERY CARD PICKUP TIMES: Contact Lisa Voelker, lisa@thevoelkers.com, If you purchase gas & grocery gift cards, there is now a handy form available to make it easier for our card processing folks to ensure credit goes to your student's account. See the fundraising page on the website. Our card program is a great way to raise money for your student s music account in both band and choir! For groceries, we offer Woodman s and Festival gift cards. Woodman's profit is 5%, and Festival is 3%. We will split the profit between student accounts and booster general fund. We are offering $50 & $100 cards for both stores. We also offer Kwik Trip cards with a 5% profit to student accounts, in $25, $50, and $100 amounts. Our time as METForce coordinators will come to an end at the end of this school year. We would like to have someone step up to take over so that we can show them the ropes now.
