The date is Aug. 22, from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Join us for viewing and help us with your vote, to select the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize winners. Balancing Earth Entertainment will entertain us with plenty of good music to dance to. A grilled hot dog supper with chips, pop and ice cream will be available for everyone. Donations for the American House Foundations will be accepted. Plan to join us and spend a fun time with your loved ones and the staff at American House Elmwood. Please RSVP if you plan to attend and if you plan on bringing your Classic Car, by Aug. 14. Rain Date 8/29. If anyone is interested in cruising Woodward on August 19, at 11:15 Cruising with the Oldies please sign up.

The fun starts at 6:45 p.m. All families and friends of residents are invited, so make a date with your loved one. Bingo cards are 50 each, and you can play as many cards as you can handle. The bus will leave at 5:45. Please sign up in the hallway. BINGO BASH This month s BINGO BASH is August 1, at 3 p.m. at American House Stone. 6 GO U.S.A.! Let the Games Begin This month, much of the world will be watching as athletes go for the gold at the 2016 Summer Olympics. Catholic Service Rosary and Holy Communion are held every Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the activity room, thanks to the parishioners from Sacred Heart Church. Woodside Bible Service Sundays at 10 a.m., Woodside Bible visits and provides our community devotion, and leads us in songs of praise. Music With Pastor Fischer The Rev. Thomas Fischer, from Gethsemane Lutheran Church, will visit and give us a devotion and play some good hymns on the piano. Join us on August 17, at 11:00 a.m. Service and Lunch at Gethsemane is August 1st. The bus will leave at 10:45 a.m. Conversations with Goodlife is a video of a topic that is interesting to all. Gethsemane will host the talk and refreshments will be provided. August 9, in the Activity Room, at 2:00 p.m. Scripture Study Fridays in the activity room at 10 a.m., Jim, Sandie and Kathy lead us in Scripture Study, prayers and hymns. Volunteers are needed.
