The purpose of the event is to help NGOs raise money from its existing donor base both active and inactive, also find new sources of funds. The spirit of the LetzChange Fundraising Challenge 19 is in raising new money and not just recycling money that would in any case come to the organizations. In that respect, if we find that any donation has been made by the NGO or associates through creating unauthentic profiles towards its own projects, it will result in immediate disqualification of the NGO from the challenge and subsequently from the platform. Any such funds shall not be considered towards the challenge but will be processed and disbursed to the organization after March 31 st, 2019 3. The authenticity of the profiles created for the donation would be checked by the LetzChange team. LetzChange reserves the right to disregard any donation from invalid email IDs/user profiles and will use all means at its disposal to determine the validity of these email IDs/user profiles

4. We will notify the overall winners before April 15 th, 2019. All funds received by a non-profit until March 31 st 2019, will be considered for determining the winner 5. Any such funds shall not be considered towards the challenge. However, such funds will be processed and disbursed to the organization after the challenge 11. Donations from only verified donors will be considered. LetzChange will reserve the right to disregard any donation from invalid donor profiles and will use all means at its disposal to determine validity of email IDs 12. LetzChange may modify these terms from time to time without notice, which shall be effective after being posted by LetzChange on its platform. You agree to be bound to any changes to these terms when you use the LetzChange services after any such modification is posted on the platform.
