The governing organization and program have administrative capacity resulting in effective delivery of the nursing program and achievement of identified outcomes. Results Use of Results Nursing program mission: ADNs have a broader scope of practice than the practical nurse and provide direct care to clients with more complex needs. 1. The ADN graduate will manage the patient-centered care of a group of patients across the lifespan and their families using basic leadership skills. 1b. 65% or better of graduating ADN students will correctly answer the leadership in nursing questions on the ATI ADN Comprehensive Predictor Exam. ATI language changed; criteria changed to 65% or better group score on management of care content area. 2012 revised to: The group score of graduating ADN students on the Kaplan Management of Professional Issues exam will be at or above the normed % correct. 1c. The group score for graduating ADN students will be at or above 65% on the therapeutic nursing interventions sub-score on the ATI ADN Comprehensive Predictor Exam. 13

The ADN graduate will demonstrate the ability to make reasonable clinical judgments through the use of the nursing process and evidence-based practice. & Criteria for Success 2012 revised to: The group score of graduating ADN students on the Kaplan NCLEX-RN Diagnostic Exam will be at or above the normed % correct for the therapeutic procedures sub-score. 2a. 100% of ADN students will achieve a 2 or greater rating on the outcome in the ADN Clinical Evaluation Tool. 2b. The group score for graduating ADN students will be at or above 65% on the critical thinking subscores on the ATI RN Comprehensive Predictor Exam. ATI eliminated subscores. Criteria changed to group score of 65% or better on clinical judgment/critical thinking in nursing. Results Use of Results 2c.
