Mission & Impact Statements Mission Faith Based Mentorship Background Since 2007, All The Kings Men has been focused on building a kingdom of young men who love Jesus. We value the transformation that occurs through a direct connection with Him. We use a group mentoring approach that is comprehensive, multi-dimensional, empowering, transformative, validating, authentic, and most importantly, fun! Needs Our 2 most pressing needs are: 1. Funding. This is a growing program and we are applying for several grants and conducting numerous fund raising activities, but we continue to need financial resources for our program, administration, and capital. 2. Mentors. We are continuously seeking adult males between the ages of 19 and up who are career-minded, God-centered, and have the desire to share quality time, experience, and expertise with our program participants in helping them become Kings. Most of all, our mentors must be excellent listeners and have a heart for helping youth succeed. Other ways to donate, support, or volunteer Are you ready to support All The Kings Men? Outside Efficacy Reports conducted by Vanderbilt Ph.d StudentsMeeting NotesProgress Reports Examples of Program Success All the King s Men is a program that is designed to address a population of youth who face particularly challenging life circumstances. There most certainly is a need for more programs that aim to reduce the disproportionate number of African American youth who come into contact with the juvenile justice system. AKM has some evident strengths and certainly has the potential to become a model for other communities and organizations that wish to implement programs for a similar demographic. -from recent efficacy report 3
