The CWF trip is scheduled from June 23, 2018 to June 30, 2018. This trip offers a behind-the-scenes look at our national Eric Dobbrastine 4-H Program Coordinator dobbras1@anr.msu.edu government, will allow the participants to develop communication, leadership and citizenship skills through hands-on learning and group activities, as well as build new friendships with other 4-H youth from across the country. Glenda Weiss 4-H Program Coordinator weissgle@anr.msu.edu To apply for the scholarship, the 4-H Ingham County Council must receive a written essay (up to 1,000 words) on why the 4-H member would like to attend the trip this summer. Submissions are due via email on January 1, 2018 to Lori Guy: lguy@ingham.org The total cost of the trip is $1,450; and the balance beyond the scholarship is to be paid by the 4-H members. We encourage the 4-H members to fundraise to help pay for this expense, and the 4-H Ingham County Council has several ideas we can share with the scholarship recipients on how to raise the funds. The first payment is due January 5th (which the 4-H Ingham County Council will pay), the second $500 payment due on January 22nd (to be paid by the 4-H member), and the remaining funds are due by March 15th, 2018 (also to be paid by the 4-H member.)
