Approves the minutes of the June 29, 2015 regular board meeting B. Approves the financial reports for the month of June 2015 as presented by the Treasurer/CFO. C. Approves the FY2016 Amended Certificate of Estimated Resources D. Approves the FY2016 Temporary Appropriation Resolution Note: The fund level is the legal level of control SECOND: Mrs. Cochenour VI. IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Union-Scioto Board of Education does approve Jon Lafferty to be released from his one-year supplemental contract as English Chair for the 2015-2016 school year. IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Union-Scioto Board of Education does approve to hire Emily Hopkins as School Psychologist on a one-year limited contract for the 2015-2016 school year, step 3. MOTION: Mrs. Cochenour 4. IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Union-Scioto Board of Education does approve to hire Tom Martin as a part time Strings Program Music Instructor at a rate of $50.00 per day, as needed for the 2015-2016 school year. MOTION: Mrs. Miller SECOND: Mr. Fisher

Football ½ pay step 0 SECOND: Mr. Fisher 14. IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Union-Scioto Board of Education does approve the FY2016 SCOCA EMIS Services Agreement in the amount of $15.250. MOTION: Mrs. Cochenour SECOND: Mrs. Miller 15. IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Union-Scioto Board of Education does approve the FY2016 SCOCA Field Tech Program Agreement in the amount of $53.000. SECOND: Mrs. Cochenour 16. IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Union-Scioto Board of Education does approve annual membership in the Ohio Coalition for Equity & Adequacy of the School Funding at a cost of $947.50 SECOND: Mrs. Miller

IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Union-Scioto Board of Education does approve Ohio School Comp, as the Bureau of Workers Compensation consultant for the 2016 Group Rating Plan Year beginning January 1, 2016. VII. RESOLUTIONS 1. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Union-Scioto Board of Education does enter into a contract with Atomic Credit Union to implement a Student-Run Credit Union within all of the schools. MOTION: Mrs. Miller 2. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Union-Scioto Board of Education does agree that career-technical education will not be provided to students enrolled in grades 7 and 8 for the 2015-2016 school year.
