This is a really neat way to verify your information without notifying your FSO-IS to pull this information for you. To Logon into this system you will have to have your Member # and Logon password, which is the same password you would use to logon to the 7029 Web Form. If you don t have a password, you can create one during this process. You can access this from the District 7 Home Page, www.uscga-district-7.org. Then you would go to MEMBER INFORMATION link on the left hand side, then go to National Directory for Members. From there you would use your Web Log In using your Member ID# and password. If you don t have a password then click on the Obtain or Change Password bar. Once you are in, go to bottom of page and click on 070 District, then from there Division 11, New Port Richey and Member List. Find yourself and double click. Now you can view your detail and make changes. At the bottom you will see Certification and Online NTC Test for reference. Fellowship Happy Birthday to Stravos Arianas and Fred Kratochvil. Unit Activities Report as of 30 December 2012 Updated Information is available here by clicking on this link or copy then paste this link into your browser; http://www.uscga-district-7.org/auxinfo/division11.html IMPORTANT: Form 7030 is used to collect and input data into the AUXDATA System. Without this information, funding for the Auxiliary is not allocated/given. Without funding there would be very little resources for things such as fuel and travel and other expenses. It is critical that you submit your time in hours spent and expenses. Form 7029 Activity Report is also important, even if you just read emails/write email/attend a meeting, you should be jotting the hours down on the 7029 worksheet. Remember for expenses on the 7029, please only record expenses for tolls, parking, meals and lodging that you were not reimbursed for. Read the instructions on the back of form to find the category or categories that you are in. Click here for instructions on filling in the 7030 form. The ElevenSixer Newsletter is always looking for articles about Auxiliarists, stories of interest, and photographs. Your articles don t have to be long; just make sure you include all of the basics: Who are you writing about? What is the topic or event? Where does the story take place (location)? When did, or when will this event take place, and finally, Why is this of interest, or How was this accomplished? Provide as much information as possible. Photographs should include the names and offices of the people in the photograph. The location, date and who took the photograph.
