May 2016 DP Examination Largest examination session in the history of the IBO 149,000 students from 136 countries (including DP and CP) appeared for this session. Approximately 75,000 were diploma candidates 800 examination papers processed in 76 languages The top five largest cohorts in Asia for this session could be found in India (3,332 students), China (3,042 students), Hong Kong (2,076 students), Singapore (1,217 students) and Indonesia (1,191 students)
Our Results May 2016 All 24 students have been awarded the diploma this has been our largest DP cohort a third larger than the 2015 cohort Two students achieved a high score of 42 points The class average score was 35 points compared to world average of 30.07 points and Asia Pacific average of 33.16 points The subject average grade is 5.43 The school s median grade for the Core (Extended Essay and Theory of Knowledge) was B. Globally, this is a C. No student received an E for either the EE or in TOK.
