LIEUTENANT GENERAL LAWRENCE P. FARRELL (Ret.) General Lawrence P. Farrell, Jr., is President and CEO Emeritus of National Defense Industrial Association. During his 33 years in the U.S. Air Force, he held a wide variety of Management and Operations assignments ranging from combat operations to command of large program management and acquisitions. He has a broad range of private-sector experience including strategic planning programs, proposals, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to his retirement from the Air Force in 1998, he served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Plans and Programs at USAF Headquarters in Washington.

JOHN GERACI John Geraci is a seasoned business executive with 35 years of experience in rapid growth, turnarounds, and multiple technology and macro-economic changes. His talents include leadership, experience and insight in hiring and growing talent, and guiding and building sales operations. He is currently a Managing Partner at CISquared, a leadership and development sales training company focused on leadership development, executive coaching, sales process analysis and improvements, and the associated training and tools. Before joining CISquared, John was a Board Member and Executive Vice President at TraderTools, Inc. where he was an Executive Vice President and Head of Revenue. During his tenure, he helped transform the business from a term license software company to a monthly recurring revenue SAAS company and quadrupled the revenue. He also worked as a Managing Partner with Unlimited Connections, LLC, a consulting company which helped high-tech teams to improve their sales operations. John also served in the U.S. Army. He holds a BA degree in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy and an EMBA from Emory University. Past and present Board positions include the Satori Group, EdgeTrade, Folio Dynamics, TraderTools, and Advent Software Europe.

ADMIRAL CHUCK MUNNS (Ret.) Admiral Chuck Munns is retired living in Aiken SC. He remains active, currently serving as a special advisory to the Secretary of Defense, working on US Strategic Command s Strategic Advisory Board. They solve questions of strategic deterrence, military cyber operations, and US space operations. He is also serving as a Commissioner on the SC Commission for Higher Education. The Commission promotes quality and efficiency in state higher education across 33 Universities and Colleges with the goal of fostering economic growth and human development. The Commission approves academic programs, distributes state scholarships and recommends facility construction and improvements. Admiral Munns moved to Aiken SC in 2007 and served as president and chief executive officer of Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS). The company operated the DOE owned Savannah River Site managing 9000 employees and a $2B/yr budget. They provide energy security, national security and environmental management, and also operate the Savannah River National Laboratory. Prior to forming SRNS, Admiral Munns served for 34 years in the U.S. Navy s most high-profile and challenging positions, attaining the rank of Vice Admiral. His most recent Navy position was Commander of the U.S. Submarine Force, which included all U.S. submarines worldwide. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy -- Bachelor of Science, Physics, and the University of Colorado -- Master of Science, Computer Science. He has been awarded an honorary Doctor of Public Service by the University of South Carolina.

CHARLES E. WILHELM General Charley Wilhelm retired from the United States Marine Corps in November of 2000 after almost 38 years of active service. In his final assignment, General Wilhelm served as Commander in Chief of the United States Southern Command. In that capacity, he was responsible for all military activities in the 32 countries of the Caribbean, Central, and South America. During his 12 years as a General Officer, he served in a variety of positions. After his initial assignment as Director of Marine Corps Operations, General Wilhelm served as a Deputy Secretary of Defense during the administration of President George Herbert Walker Bush. Returning from the first Persian Gulf War, he assumed command of the 1st Marine Division. Relinquishing command of the division after its return from combat operations in Somalia, he served as Commanding General of the Marine Corps Combat Development Command, and the II Marine Expeditionary Force before concluding his career at Southern Command. Since his retirement, General Wilhelm has served as a corporate executive with the Battelle Memorial Institute, is a member of several boards of directors, provides consultant and advisory services to both government and non-government agencies. He devotes considerable time to a variety of Department of Defense and Homeland Security activities to include service as a volunteer member of the congressionally directed Jones Commission formed to assess security and stability conditions in post-war Iraq.
