OLD BUSINESS Energy Project Mr. Galante updated the board on the status of the Energy Project. REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE TREASURER BOARD ACTION: 2016 099 Moved by Mrs. Paolino, seconded by Mrs. Harless, the board is asked to adopt the following substitute rates as delineated unless otherwise dictated per negotiated agreements effective August 15, 2016, and to authorize the Treasurer to pay the higher daily substitute rate for continuation of service for those substitute employees who continue working in 12-month classifications, as recommended by the Local Superintendent and Treasurer.
