We built our entire recruiting process around Jobvite it s definitely a main pillar of our strategy. I couldn t get nearly the same amount of work done without Jobvite. Just like many companies, we rely heavily on referrals they re already vetted, and we know they re going to be of the right caliber, says Flores. But when it comes to referrals, management and facilitation of the program is key and helps incentivize employees to participate.
