The Public Health Officer (PHO) is a at-will positio appoited by the Board of Supervisors ad reports o a day-to-day basis to the Director of Health Services Agecy. The PHO works closely with state ad federal agecies, the Couty Executive Office, HSA executives, support staff, ad other Couty departmets.
