The program helped at-risk girls turn their lives around, to become involved in educational enrichment and implementation of Phillip Roy Social Skills. This was a collaborative project through Metropolitan Oasis Center, CDC, which is a faith based organization. Girls Involved for their Success (GIFTS) Grant Adolescent pregnancy prevention education grant funded through Indiana Department of Health. A cooperative effort between Metropolitan Oasis Center, CDC, Inc., and Pulaski School. I served as Co-Director and Clinical Nurse Specialist.
