Thank you Father Foy for your service to Holy Infant these last few years as you move on to serve the parish community of St. John the Baptist Gildehaus. The Free Throw contest will take place in the school gym in the next few weeks. Please call or text Deputy Grand Knight Rich Lacaille at 314-724-5207 if you can assist. The annual Open House will take place on Sunday, January 22, in the upper cafeteria at 1 p.m. this year. Another important upcoming event for those interested will be the 2017 Fourth Degree Exemplification scheduled for Saturday, February 25, at the Hilton St. Louis Airport Hotel. Vivat Jesus! Ladies Auxiliary Minutes December 20, 2016 Meeting began after a large assortment of appetizers. Treasurer s report: Five $100 Shop n Save cards were presented to Fr. Stanger by Kathleen before Christmas, $100. Was sent to St. John Gildehaus for Fr. Bannes memorial donation; all the required payments were made, including RIB(assessed on 18 members); AGAPE House; and vocation fund. At the last Bingo, we made $40.;3 Cookbooks sold @$15 each. A check in the amount of $400.00 was received from the Knights for the Auxiliary s help from Feb-November 2016 Shortly after this, Fr. Stanger addressed the group, complimenting the auxiliary for such a large donation. It s the biggest giving individual tree donation since he s been here for 5 years. Recipients included the Wellston Center, Sts. Peter and Paul ministries, St. Martha s Hall, St. Vincent de Paul and St. Wenceslaus Pantry. New member, Tracey was welcomed. Meeting concluded with a prayer. The after meeting fun was filling individual baskets with donated items as well as items from the officers, then playing pass right, pass left. We all had a joyful time. Merry Christmas to all, and a Happy New Year! Recapping next year s agenda. 1. January meeting will be a game night after the regular meeting. 2. February will have a guest speaker on travel. 3. March meeting will have a guest speaker Bernie invited Marie Peters, a foster parent along with her husband for 20 years. They care for special needs-high risk infants to toddlers for a period of time of usually 2-3 years. Bernie suggested we each bring diapers, as that is what Marie said she needed the most. A mention of a gift certificate which can be decided later. 4. April will be April showers for NIN(Newborns in Need). Felice Coeurs is April 8. For Holy Infant to host. April 1, 2017 is The Upper Cafeteria is reserved for us for a fundraiser to be discussed at a later time. Respectully submitted,

Meeting Minutes Business Meeting December 13 - Steve Lane - opened the meeting at 7:40 p.m. - Read thank you notes and Christmas cards from others - Father Bob Getteger's Outreach requested $120 donation - voted on and passed -Vince Vogelgesang - gave Treasurer report - We voted to give Christmas donations to our 3 priests ($50 each), 3 Deacons ($25 each) 1 Transitional Deacon ($25) 1 Seminarian ($25) School principal ($25) Rectory office staff ($25) Rob Meinberg ($25) -Total $350 - Jim Chappuis - reported that Bob Walker provided $102 to get gift cards for the veterans - we voted to reimburse Bob - Bob Hawkins - 4th Degree Meeting for St. Louis Assembly is Wednesday night - Tom Wardenburg - 4th Degree Meeting for Holy Spirit Assembly will include going Caroling - Steve Lane - our Open House will be January 22nd in the upper cafeteria - Jan 21 will be the next Bingo. Need extra help due to this one being a big one. - Feb 15 meeting will be on a Wed (not Tuesday due to Valentines Day) and include a 1st Degree Ceremony - Steve will call those groups that we donated to using Disability Drive funds so they can come to a meeting to receive the funds. They were Special Olympics, St. Gemma Center, Tree House, Good Shepherd, Giant Steps. - Several times, we gave St Vincent de Paul funds for a Knight (totaling over $2,000). Is this OK to do? Bob Hawkins (former state director) says no special motion was needed to give these funds. - Food Drive - we collected over 650 lbs and $100 in gift cards for St. Wenceslaus Food Pantry. - The 2017 Eucharistic Adoration Schedule is being worked on. - Bob Brossette - Sts Peter & Paul dinner will be Dec 22nd - Kairos Retreat training will be in January - Joe Strange - reported on the Christmas Party. - Vince Vogelgesang - reported on the football pool - Ted Salvia - is looking into a family night of bowling - $15 for 3 games, shoes, food, soda - John Wiltrakis - reported that donations to Missouri Pregnancy Resources gets extra benefit on the Missouri tax returns -Bob Walker - gave us the Star Council Award plaque

- Roses for Life will be January 7-8 - Tom Tracy - reported that script card sales were brisk due to the giving tree. However the Wal-Mart cards had a low profit. - Steve Lane closed the meeting at 8:30 p.m. Meeting Minutes Officers/Planning Meeting December 27 -Fred Lagos opened the meeting at 7:30 p.m. -Roses for Life will be January 7-8 - Mark & Teresa Donovan - the van they now have for Mark needs to be looked at for repairs. Several people said they'd go over there to check out what it needs. - Joe Moses- former K of C Insurance Agent, is talking with Teresa to see what the K of C can do to help. - voted and passed to give them $200 to help - Open House will be January 22 in upper cafeteria - discussion on what would bring more people to the Open House. - Fred will begin putting a monthly Knights square in the bulletin of what we do and what's coming up. - Joe Strange will begin doing the monthly newsletter beginning in January - discussion on how to encourage 3rd degree folks to become 4th degree. - we need to fill out our service hours. Breakfast will be at the VFW.
