ANNEX 1 COMPREHENSIVE LIST with information about publicity, media presence, promotional and training activities PROGRAMME S WEB SITE The Programme web site has been released in 2009 and currently is accessible at: http://www.ipacbcbgtr.eu/ The Programme s web site encompasses wide range of information related to the programme. It covers info section Documents with sub-sections Programme documents, Legal base - maintaining information related to legal provisions, structure, strategic objectives, priority axes, eligible area, etc.; section Call for proposals, news, training events, tender procedures for services, contact information, presentations, as well as partner search database is available on the Programme s web site, etc. Information is available in English, Bulgarian and Turkey. According to the statistical data the Programme s web site has generated 6.330 visits (5.053 of which are unique visits) in 2009 and 7.071 visits (6.096 of which are unique) during 2010. 1
PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS For the purposes of promoting the Programme a variety of promotional materials were developed as follows: 500 brochures containing basic Programme information 250 in each language; 250 brochures presenting general summary of PRAG in English; 500 paper bags; 500 cardboard files; 200 folders; 50 blocks format A4; 2 portable banners; 300 CDs information on programming documents; 500 ball-pens with printed logo of the programme. http://www.eufunds.bg/bg/page/62 LAUNCH CONFERENCE OF THE PROGRAMME AND INFORMATION DAYS Launch conference and information days: Information days The information days have been organized on 14 th of October 2009 in Haskovo, Bulgaria with 99 participants and on 19 th of October 2009 in Edirne, Turkey with128 participants. National Authority of the Bulgaria-Turkey IPA CBC Programme (Secretariat General for EU Affairs in Turkey) organized a meeting-discussion on some outcomes of the first call for proposals and issues encountered by the beneficiaries. The event took place in Edirne, Turkey on 22 nd of December 2010 with 150 participants. Partner search forum On 20 th of October 2009 in Edirne, Turkey a partner search forum was organised for the potential applicants, where representatives of eligible institutions and organisations from Bulgaria and Turkey could find partners from across the border for implementation of their project ideas. 196 potential applicants have participated to the event. The main themes of the partner search forum organized were as follow: Partnership in implementing cross-border projects; The Lead Partner principle; Partner selection; Partnership management; Partnership agreement; Open discussion establishment of project partnerships in CBC area. 8
TRAININIGS Trainings for potential beneficiaries Trainings of potential beneficiaries were performed by the external consultancy company (BB&T Ltd.) on the following dates and themes: Training to the potential beneficiaries with subject: Project identification and planning. Filling application form under IPA Cross-border Programme between Bulgaria and Turkey has been carried out between the period 4 6 November 2009 in Yambol; Training to the potential beneficiaries with subject: Project s Implementation under IPA Crossborder Programme between Bulgaria and Turkey, 23 24.11.2009 in Burgas. Trainings for Assessors Trainings of assessors were performed by the MA, NA and JTS on the following dates and places: Training for Assessors (Sofia Session) was held for the Bulgarian Assessors on 11th of November, 2010. 35 assessors have been trained. Training for Assessors (Edirne Session) was held for the Turkish Assessors on 23rd of December, 2010. 12 assessors have been trained.
