ZAPS ACT Prep Seminar The ZAPS ACT Prep Seminar will be held at Rockwood Summit on Saturday, March 30, 2019 from 9am to 3pm in the Flex Room. This is a one day comprehensive test-prep seminar for the ACT. The cost is $89.99. Register at www.doorwaytocollege.com or call 877-927-8378. Information can be picked up in the Counseling Office.

Summer School packets are now available in the Counseling Office. Summer school runs from June 3-28 and will be held here at Rockwood Summit. Both credit recovery and enrichment courses are available. Limited transportation will also be available. Enrollment cards will be accepted on a firstcome first-served basis.

For students interested in learning about the actuarial field, come to the RGA High School Actuarial Information Day on Thursday, April 18th from 9:30am - 1:00 pm at RGA Headquarters. Rita Dove An American poet and essayist Rita Dove was Poet Laureate of the United States from 1993 to 1995. She is an artist who weaves African- American experience into the broader perspective of international culture.

Dorothy Dandridge Actress,singer and dancer One of the first African American to be nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actress One of the most famous African- American actresses to have a successful Hollywood career.
