There will be serious work conducted. And we will set aside some time for fun on Entertainment Night with country music star Martina McBride. The Annual Meeting is our biggest gathering of Co-op Nation all year. I hope to see you there! Best, Jo Ann Emerson NRECA CEO

If you missed the Regional Meeting, or if you just wonder what happens next for member resolutions, here s another chance to make your co-op s voice heard. The National Resolutions Committee hosts a forum to answer questions about the proposed resolutions that voting delegates will consider at the Annual NRECA Business Meeting. Throughout the 2013 Regional Meetings, co-ops have been debating resolutions on topics like disaster assistance and the social cost of carbon. The Proposed Resolutions Forum is a chance to learn how co-ops opinions and amendments from all 10 Regions have been consolidated into a set of proposed resolutions. Upon approval, these represent the will of the NRECA membership. Voting delegates will cast final votes on the resolutions at the business meeting on Tuesday, March 4.

The 2014 Annual Meeting & Expo are loaded with opportunities to network with co-op peers, learn from industry experts, and discuss critical resolutions that define the association s mission. KEYNOTE SPEAKER Wednesday, March 5 JANE PAULEY Today Show Contributor, Your Life Calling Your Life Calling Jane Pauley, a respected broadcast journalist for more than 30 years, shares how all of us can see ourselves in a powerful new way and make a difference in the world.
