MONDAY, AUGUST 31 8:30 a.m. The Active and Active Emeritus Members will assemble and robe in the Corinthian Meeting Room, lower level, Old National Center Theater for General Session processional. 8:30 a.m. Distinguished Guests will assemble at the Crowne Room, Old National Center Theater for General Session processional.

9:00 a.m. First General Session of the Supreme Council, Old National Centre Theater. All Scottish Rite members and their ladies will be seated before the Active and Active Emeritus Members, officers, and distinguished guests enter in processional. Ladies invited to attend. Doors will open at 8:00 a.m. Badge is your admission ticket. 1:30 p.m. Rehearsal of the 33, Old National Centre Theater stage. (Participants Only) 2:00 p.m. - Optional tours at the Indianapolis Scottish Rite Cathedral at 5:00 p.m. 650 N. Meridan Street. Approximately one mile from hotel. Group guided tours as time permits. Following photographs and instruction MEMBERS OF THE CLASS will board buses for Old National Centre Theatre, and assemble in the Deluxe Room, lower level, for the 33 processional. 1:00 p.m. ACTIVE and ACTIVE EMERITUS MEMBERS will assemble for Executive Session in Rooms 201-203, 2nd floor, J.W. Marriott Hotel, for the crowning of new Active Members (no robes) Following the ceremony ACTIVE and ACTIVE EMERITUS MEMBERS WILL board buses for Old National Center Theater and assemble and robe in the Corinthian Meeting Room, lower level, to await 33 processional.

3:00 p.m. The 33 will be conferred in full ceremonial form in the Old National Centre Theater. Doors will open at 2:00 p.m. Entrance doors will be closed after the Active, Active Emeritus Members and candidates have entered in processional and will not be reopened until after the closing of the degree, emergencies excepted. Following the 33 conferral, the Chain of Union will be formed and the 203rd Session will be closed. Badge is your admission ticket. Dress: Full dress with white tie and white waistcoat, also decorations. Candidates will wear their identifications, but NO decorations. Annual Meetings 2015 August 30-Sept 1 Indianapolis, IN 2016 Executive Sessions Only Lexington, MA 2017 August 27-29 Rochester, NY 2018 Executive Sessions Only Lexington, MA In odd-numbered years, the annual meeting will include Vesper Service, General Session and the conferral of the 33.
