Following receipt of your request searches were conducted within Nottinghamshire Police to locate the information you require. Please find below answers to your questions:- RESPONSE Under S 1 (1) (a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA), I can confirm that Nottinghamshire Police does hold the information you have requested. Please, provide a monthly breakdown of the following relating to people detained under Section 136 of the Mental Health Act 1983 and people arrested for drunken and disorderly for both Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire (between 1st of August 2009 and 28th of February 2014). Please, state 1. The monthly total of arrests made for drunken and disorderly. 2. The monthly total of people detained under Section 136 of the Mental Health Act.
