Franklin Carr: Photographer Frank is a native son of the State of Idaho, born and raised in the Treasure Valley. He's married and he and his wife have three children, all of whom are married and at one time went to Boise Junior College. Frank has been the college photographer since 1949 charged with recording all photography for the school. Since 1954 he has taught two classes in photography in the night school program. For hobbies, Frank likes boating, has an extensive printing operation specializing in letter press printing, and likes to travel. In reviewing his years at what has been a most rewarding and pleasant form of work, Frank expressed the thought that although the past has been fun with the usual share of challenges, the future is even more glowing and it Is with some regret that he will in a few short years have to step down and watch from the sidelines. In looking to the future he can see no way but for a greater and better B.S.C. and the student of today has the most fortunate prospect of being a part of the greatest growth that has been known in the history of the college. 70
