xdirectory of IAC es Approach for s trains professional organizers and productivity specialists to use coaching skills in their work with clients. Certification of Approach trained coaches is administered by its partner, The Institute for Applied ing. This is ADHD or Executive Functioning coach training, which is particularly effective and powerful for clients who are facing organizing and productivity challenges or are under stress. The credentialed coaches listed here are foundation graduates who committed to their professional development by completing advanced and specialized coach training courses and seminars, as well as a graduate level project. Through practice and exposure to several coaching models, they have polished competence in conducting stand alone coaching sessions. Because these individuals have significant backgrounds in organizingg and/or productivity, their coaching credentials reflect skill and synergy in two fields. ICF, the International Federation, establishes coaching industry standards. 2014, ICF accredited our full coach training and credentialing program. In Our ACSTH Foundation Program includes five courses: ing Essentials (a stand alone, 8 week intensive), Strengths Based ing, Brainminimum Based ing, Life & ADHDD ing, and r Integration. The one year commitment includes over 60 hours of live trainer instruction in small classes, intensive coaching practice, readings, forum posts, and written and recorded assessments. ICF credentials three levels of coaching competence. The first is an ACC (Associate ). Our COC ( ) credential exceeds the requirements for ICF s ACC designation. ICF s second level of coaching competence is the PCC (Professional ). We have four credentials at the ICF PCC level. These require 125 hours of coach training, as well as extensive client coaching hours and mentor coaching. The names of these credentials reflect deeply specialized training strategies: Professional, Life, ADHD, and Productivity Leadership. Need a ed with Organizing & Productivity Expertise? Location Might Not Matter! The coaches included heree have been trained to provide coaching by telephone or in person. If you do not need an on site organizer (or you have one but would like the support of a coach also) consider coaching by phone. It s private and efficient (no travel time). Long distance coaching can: Clarify life or organizing goals before starting a big project Improve productivity or time management skills Provide at a distance (virtual) organizing and coaching support Design and support new systems, routines or habits to become/stay organized or maintain health To remain on this list, recertification is required every three years and earned through continuing education. 2018 Institute for Applied ing www.approachfors.com Do NOT market to this list. 417 683 1064 HC 73, Box 172, Drury, MO 65638 1/ /9/19 Page 1 of 6
