What does Pact do? MARKETS Pact s Mines to Markets program partners with artisanal miners, governments, and industry to make the sector SAFER, NON-EXPLOITATIVE, AND SUSTAINABLE, leveraging markets as a force for change. LIVELIHOODS Pact helps communities DEVELOP SKILLS AND RESOURCES NEEDED TO EARN A DIGNIFIED LIVING, from training in entrepreneurship to access to affordable credit. 3
