The Clarion Hotel Marina in Dunkirk, NY. District training and more Our District is a fairly safe area from environmental disasters and as such we could be a valuable resource to either back fill or be used to provide human resources for emergency deployment. With that in mind, we are offering an all day class on how to ready yourself for deployment. Also, we are offering an all-day class on leadership skills that will help prepare our future leaders. The class will be taught by present or past-commodores. Anyone interested in pursuing higher office is encouraged to attend. With something for all skill levels and interests, the Training Conference takes place Sept. 13-16 at Clarion Hotel Marina & Conference Center in Dunkirk, NY. The bulk of training is on Saturday, Sept. 15. There is something for everyone: AUXPAD: year-end review and future plans for assisting a growing community of paddle sporters. * 9ER Dockside Advising: Aux-MS: year-end review and future plans. Food Service Sanitation. Maximize your use of social media. Excellence in Diversity Management. CPR and First Aid certifications. Information systems made easy. Aviation Safety. Operations workshop.
