Additional Submittal Clarifications: Project Term The term of services is for three years with the opportunity for two, one-year extensions. The contract will begin at the issuance of the Notice to Proceed and monitoring shall commence within 14 days.

Additional Submittal Clarifications: Cost Proposal and Fee Schedule Proposed fee schedule shall include: Detailed breakdown of each element or task of the project. Estimated number of hours required for completion and an hourly rate for each type of service (job description) provided in each task. Fees shall detail team members, hourly billable rates, lab analysis fees per sample and test, and the hours allocated for the project by task. Total estimated project fee. All information in a unified manner for the lead Consultant and any sub consultants.

Understanding scope of work. Understanding MS4 Permit Order No. R4-2012-0175 for Los Angeles County and CIMP. Approach to performing work.

The Sample is taken near the center of the bridge on the ocean side of the lagoon, currently collected from the bridge by lowering a bottle.
