-MEALS PRO' Upon checking in to the Biltmore Hotel, you will be given a voucher that entitles you to a buffet breakfast each morning of your stay. This breakfast is included with your room price and is also provided for two and three person rooms. Lunch is provided each day, either by a vendor or by the conference. Dinner is provided by the Conference on Monday and Thursday. You may decide to sample the local restaurants on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. A few outstanding choices are the Cattleman's Steak House in the OKC Stockyards, and the Bricktown area in downtown OKC has numerous restaurant venues available. Ifyour salsa includes more corn and/or black beans than it does jalapeno, this category is for you. Hot Salsa - Do your eyes tear when you taste your salsa? Ifyour salsa recipe usually signals a five alarm fire, then this is the salsa category for you. You may enter ANY type of salsa provided it is homemade... Any form of store bought or commercially sold salsa will not be judged, just consumed by all. The contest will be held/judged Tuesday night in the hospitality suite. Box 1000 El Reno, OK 73036 405/319-7587 Dear Institutional Agribusiness Professionals, The Bureau of Prisons and the Oklahoma Department of Corrections invite you to attend the NAIA OKC 2010 Conference. On October 4-7, 2010, at the Biltmore Hotel in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, in the heart of Oklahoma, will be our host site for the conference. This year's conference features training that targets the issues ofthe day, as well as networking with fellow members. There are scheduled tours of the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Farm and Industries in El Reno, Oklahoma, and historic Fort Reno (USDA). Together, the FCI and USDA cover more than 10,000 acres of untilled prairie, cropland and building complexes. The FCI Farm is made up of 3,600 acres and a 450 cow dairy with a processing plant that delivers milk products to 24 federal institutions in a four state region. We also have a special tour planned of the Braums Ice Cream and Dairy facilities which include the milking, processing, and bakery facilities. The Braum's stores cover a five state area with more than 280 stores. Tours for companions and guests of members feature variety and fun. There will also be shopping, museums, and a river boat cruise on the Oklahoma River. Rooms have been reserved at the Biltmore Hotel at the rate of$59.00 plus 13.8% tax per night, under the Group Name NAIA. When making reservations, please use the group name to ensure the conference rate. This room rate comes with a free buffet breakfast each morning. The deadline for making reservations to secure a room is September 19, 2010. Room reservations may be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty.
