It s me to start up a er a busy summer. The celebra ons were many: class reunions, a memorial service and a wedding. LADY ELKS CORNER Thank you to all who helped make our Lady Elk ac- vi es successful. It s me to get the ball rolling for our night to entertain the Marque e Lady Elks. Tenta vely we have picked Wednesday October 22 nd. I m thinking that our theme will have to do with the 75 th anniversary of The Wizard of Oz, especially since our Lodge is ruled by the great and powerful Oz(zie). Come prepared with your ideas for our Marque e Lady Elk night. Lots of other ideas have been suggested for our Lady Elks for the coming year: wine tas ng, Mardi gras, another Fashion Show, Lodge Halloween party and a Tropical party. With all these ideas it will take me and energy. If anyone can do it, it s the Negaunee Elks Lodge!! I am looking for people to help with the seasonal decora ng of the Lodge. If you are interested, please give me a call. Please keep in your thoughts and prayers, the family of Sandra Lai nen. Sandra was a huge presence in the Negaunee Elks Lodge.
