Kaelin Lawler is a senior elementary and special education student at Saint Louis University. Kaelin joins Forsyth from Cincinnati, Ohio. In her free time, she enjoys baking and also is involved in her sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha, as well as the SLU Special Olympics. Courtney is a senior nursing student who plans to specialize at Saint Louis University. She hopes to be a nurse practitioner in the future. Courtney is a Saint Louis native who loves cheering on her Cardinals and spending time in Forest Park. In her free time, she enjoys playing Frisbee, making arts and crafts, and hanging out with her friends, family, and dog. Lennise O Dwyer is a graduate of Medgar Evers College of the City University in New York. She was born and raised in Belize where she was a standout volleyball player. She is married to Curtis, who is a teacher in the Kirkwood School District and a native of St. Louis. When Lennise is not at Forsyth, she enjoys cooking healthy meals, helping others, spending time with her husband, and reading a good book with a cup of coffee. Lennise also is a coach for Forsyth s 3rd & 4th grade volleyball teams. Annie Pompelia is from Cincinnati, Ohio and a senior at Saint Louis University studying communications. She is very involved in her sorority (Delta Gamma), campus ministry, and the PR Club. A favorite hobby of Annie s is making and eating pie. 1

Jessica Fielder joins Forsyth from Charlotte, North Carolina. She is a Saint Louis University student majoring in Physical Therapy with a minor in Education. She is involved in her sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha, and club lacrosse. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outside and exploring Saint Louis. Shawntel Slaughter is a freshman at Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville who is majoring in social work. She has a passion for helping others in need and hopes to be able to do this with her degree. Her dream is to start her own business where she can help others like her to be happy, care for others, and help all of those in need. Shawntel is also the niece of Leonard Slaughter in our Facilities Department. Tracy Gutzke is from Naperville, Illinois and is a Senior at St. Louis University majoring in Healthcare Management. Tracy enjoys spending time with family, friends, and reading a good book. Shannon St. Louis is from Ballwin, Missouri and a Junior at Washington University majoring in Sociology and Education Studies with a Psychology Minor. Shannon enjoys eating anything with potatoes and also is interested in soccer, theatre, and web design. 2

Francesca (Fran) Zarcone is from Chicago, Illinois and a senior at Saint Louis University majoring in Social Work. Fran enjoys hiking, reading, and cooking. Fran is a member of Zeta Tau Alpha. She is also the Event Managment Chair for SLU Dance Marathon. Amy Hamilton has worked for Forsyth for three years. She is from Granite City, Missouri and graduated from Granite City High School in 2013. Amy works primarily with the upper school and in her spare time she designs and sews her own costumes that she wears to Comic Con events all over the United States. Amy also spends some weekends dressing up for little kids birthday parties as Princesses Anna and Elsa. Martha Cole has worked at Forsyth for 19 years in the beforeand after-school programs. She obtained a bachelor degree from Mizzou and a Masters of Education degree from University of Missouri-Saint Louis. Ms. Cole worked as a social worker in Chicago and for the City of St. Louis foster care agency. She also worked in the St. Louis Public Schools in adult education and extracurricular activities for children. Ms. Cole enjoys gardening, golf, and travel. 3

Malorie Arredondo is a sophomore at UMSL studying art education. Malorie wants to work with younger kids in an early childhood setting. She enjoys making art for her small business, hiking, sports, and traveling. Kyrus Harrington II was born in St. Louis, MO and was raised in East Saint Louis, IL. He attended Murray State University, where he graduated with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. He is also a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Zeta Omicron Chapter. He also earned an MBA with an emphasis in Health Care Administration. Before moving back to St. Louis, he taught mathematics in both elementary and high school in Memphis, TN and coached middle and high school girls basketball for 3 years. His hobbies include coaching/playing basketball, cooking, video games, and reading different forms of literature. Carolyn George taught for many years in the St. Louis Public School system. She resides in the Carondelet area of St. Louis, and has served on the Carondelet Betterment Board, the neighborhood s organization. Some of her accomplishments on the board include coordinating the Summer Concerts help in the Carondelet area. These 24 concerts are held in parks all over the region including Carondelet Park, St. Louis Square park, Bellerive Park, and Fanetti Park. In her spare time, she loves to garden and is currently learning how to play the flute. 4

Shalini Nair is from San Ramon, CA. She completed her first bachelor s in Public Health from the University of California, Irvine and is currently completing her second bachelor s in nursing at Saint Louis University. In Irvine, Shalini was a member of Alpha Chi Omega, and at SLU she is on the executive board for the Indian Student Association. Eventually, Shalini hopes to become a nurse practitioner or combine her two degrees and go into health care administration. When not in the library, on campus, or at work, you can find Shalini in a dance studio or looking for/eating at the newest hip restaurant with friends and family. 5
