The, 1896-1995, consists of yearbooks (1912-1980), photographs (circa 1896-1970s), and records (1905-circa 1995). Stevens, and incorporated as a non-profit organization in 1924. It offered education for girls from kindergarten through twelfth grade and was well-regarded as a college preparatory school. The school was located on West Chelten Avenue in the Germantown area of Philadelphia, except for a period from 1953-1974, during which time it occupied "Highfield," the Rex family house at 8836 Crefeld Street in Chestnut Hill. The Stevens School closed in 1982. The building at 8836 Crefeld Street currently houses the Crefeld School.
