Offer letters will be sent to these candidates through mail. The candidates are advised to report at the following address on 09.05.2016 at 8 AM to the Chief Manager (Per&HRD) for verification of original testimonials pertaining to eligibility criteria and for medical examination. Offer of Appointment letters are being sent through mail. Even in the case of non receipt of the Offer of Appointment letter in time, candidates are advised to report at 8 am on 09.05.2016, along with your original certificates at the below venue. Balavikasa People Development Training center (Near Flyover) Fathima Nagar, Kazipet Warangal district. The candidates are advised to bring four Passport size recent photographs. We have placed the following formats in our Banks website: 1. Revised bio data cum attestation form which is to be downloaded from our bank website, to be filled and submitted in triplicate by the candidates at the time of reporting along with two sets of attested copies of educational qualification and study certificates. 2. Affidavit form to be submitted duly filled in and notarised by a Notary, by the candidates. 3. Undertaking form to serve anywhere in the area of operation of the Bank. 4. Medical Certificate / Report format on our website, to be submitted by the candidates duly certified by Government Civil Surgeon / Asst. Civil Surgeon. They may undergo Medical tests at the Diagnostic centres, referred by the Civil Surgeon / Asst. Civil Surgeon at their places On verification of the certificates and medical examination, if they are found fit they will be given appointment orders and posted to the branches. The candidates will be put on training from 09-05-2016 to 13-05-2016 at the above mentioned venue. As the postings will be given immediately after induction training programme, the candidates are advised to come prepared with bag and baggage, so as to proceed to the allotted branches directly from the training center. Female candidates who undergo pregnancy are TEMPORARILY UNFIT to join. Such candidates will be considered for appointment after delivery and on production of a Fitness certificate from the civil surgeon. The posts will be kept as vacant and unfilled till such time. To avail this facility, such candidates have to give request letter in writing along with Medical certificate from the surgeon and obtain permission from the competent authority. The candidates should invariably bring the above four Report / documents along with their original educational qualification certificates, Caste Certificate and all the Medical test reports
(Complete Blood/ urine tests including Blood grouping, HIV, Urine, ECG, X-Ray, Eye& ear tests etc.,) and four passport size photographs when they report on 09.05.2016 The candidate, who are already employed elsewhere, have to produce the Resignation acceptance letter from existing employer. Every Officer and office assistant has to execute a bond agreeing to pay of Rs.150000 and Rs 100000 respectively, in the event of his/her leaving the bank s job before confirmation. This will be in addition to the provisions of Regulation 10 of Andhra Pradesh Grameena Vikas Bank (Officers and employees) Service Regulations-2010. All the candidates have to undergo Bio-metric verification conducted by IBPS on 9 th May, 2016. As such all the candidates are advised to report at the venue without fail.
