How to Apply On Line? 1. Connect Computer with Internet. 2. Log on to (www.nistarinicollegeadmission.in) 3. Go through carefully the admission Brochure. 4. Confirm your eligibility first in the Subject. 5. Click for Courses (BA or B.Sc.) as per your choice. 6. Select your subjects (Honours and General) by clicking Hons Courses as well as General Courses. 7. Carefully enter subject marks and other details information in appropriate boxes. 8. After giving all necessary information submit it by clicking respective button. 9. Submit filled -in Application form along with a confirmation slip( if payment is made on Online) or the Bank Challan containing 3 Parts, applicants copy, Bank Copy & College Copy ( If you opt for off-line payment) 10. You have to pay Rs 100/- as Registration fees + Bank Charges ( Rs. 25/-) On line or by off line. If you want to pay by off line, Print Challan voucher and deposit the fees in any branch of Axis Bank. 11. Your application will be valid only if you submit the registration fees on due dates. 12. Ensure for valid application by checking respective button. In case your application does not get validated till then, visit college office along with registration fee submission voucher on or before 23 rd June 2015 up to 1p.m. & after this no complaints will be entertained 13. In any case, registration fees will not be refundable. 14. Important Notes :- i. A candidate may apply in three Honours subjects along with General courses. ii. Candidates are permitted to change Hons subject only once on online. iii. Candidates passing from vocational stream are eligible to apply for General Courses only.
iv. A HELP DESK in the office of the Nistarini College Campus will be provided from 11 a.m. to 04 p.m. on and form 05 th June to 23 rd June 2015( on Workings Days). v. For wrong information from any corner candidature of the candidate will be treated as cancelled without giving any information to her. vi. Incomplete Form will be rejected. vii. Caste Certificate of the States other then West Bengal are not entitled to get the benefit of reserved quota. 15. VERIFICATION OF THE CANDIDATE:- At the time of verification the candidates must submit the original copy of a. H.S. or equivalent Mark Sheet. b. Certificate or Admit cards for Date of Birth. (M.P. / Equi.) c. Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B) d. PC Certificate (Physically Challenged) e. School leaving Certificate f. A set of attested copy of all the above documents. g. Downloaded application form along with Registration fees payment challan. 16. IMPORTANT DATES :- APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION INTO B.A. / B.SC COURSES WILL BE STARTED FROM 04 TH JUNE 2015. i. Last date for receiving application form on line or Off-line- 23 rd June 2015 (Up to 4 p.m.) ii. Publication of 1 st Merit List on :- 24 th June 2015.( 12

Admission and Verification of the 1 st Merit listed candidates on :- 25 th June to 27 th June and 29 th June to 30 th June 2015.Verification will be held at College Office from 10.30 a.m. to 04.00 p.m. on the above dates. Without Verification admission procedure will not be completed. iv. Publication of 2nd Merit list on:- 01 st July 2015(12 noon ). v. Admission and Verification of the 2 nd Merit listed candidates on :- 02nd July to 04 th July & 06 th July 2015. Verification will be held at College Office from 10.30 a.m. to 04.00 p.m. on the above dates. Without Verification admission procedure will not be completed. vi. Publication of 3 rd Merit list on :- 07 th July 2015 (12 noon ). vii. Admission and Verification of the 03 rd Merit listed candidates on:- 08 th July & 09 th July 2015. Verification will be held at College Office from 10.30 a.m. to 04.00 p.m. on the above dates Without Verification admission procedure will not be completed. viii. Publication of 4 th Merit Listed on :- 10 th July 2015(12 ix. Admission and Verification of the 04 rd Merit listed candidates on :- 11 th July & 13 th July 2015. Verification will be held at College Office from 10.30 a.m. to 04.00 p.m. Without Verification admission procedure will not be completed. x. 1 st Merit List for General Courses: -13 th July 2015 (12 xi. Verification and admission of the 01 st Merit listed candidates [General Course (B.A. / B.SC. )]: - from 14 th July to 18th July 2015. Verification will be held at College
Office from 10.30 a.m. to 04.00 p.m. Without Verification admission procedure will not be completed. xii. Induction meeting and beginning of classes: - 20 th July 2015. xiii. If necessary other Merit List for Hons as well as General Courses will be published on 03 rd August 2015. Your candidature will be treated as cancelled if you are unable to take admission by submitting requisite fees at AXIS BANK Branch during the mentioned period. 17. ABOUT MERIT LIST:- 1 The merit list will prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate at H.S. or equivalent Examination. 2. Merit list of the candidate for taking admission into Honours Courses: - Marks of the two Language subjects plus the marks of the best of three of the combination subject + the marks of the subject in which the candidate wants to take admission as Hons Subject. 3. Merit list position of the candidate for taking admission into General (Pass Course :- Marks of the two Language Subjects + marks of the best of three Combination Subjects. 4. Candidates passing HS or equivalent Examination with one Language subjects:- Double of the language subject marks + marks of the best of three combination subjects. 5. Enlistment of names in the merit list does not offer any guarantee of admission. 6. Marks of ENVS. STUDIES will not be taken into account for preparing Merit List.
