Program Committee (OONE) Jayme Wiggins 1 st meeting held March 5 th, 2015 Review of membership- We are 17 members strong! Review of compiled feedback from 2014 Fall conference Began to work on the theme for the upcoming year conference, keeping in mind that OHA is celebrating 100 years as the united voice for Ohio hospitals! Next Meeting May 8 th 10am-12pm at OHA Offices in Columbus!

By Laws (OONE) Pam Baker 2015 Goals Review of membership requirements and privileges Development of a bylaws template for local chapters Annual review of OONE bylaws Any changes up for a vote must be disseminated 30 days prior to the annual meeting in November Request local chapter bylaws for review in 2016

OONE Engagement Committee Sally Hartline

ENGAGEMENT Committee Sally Hartline Teleconference took place 3/13/15 with the Board Retreat strategic initiatives reviewed for accomplishments in 2014 SWIs sent to the Chapter Leaders on standardized meeting agenda templates, orientation power point, standard format of welcome new members Plans for 2015 to include education of chapter leaders on Higher Logic and pushing OONE newsletter to members, also to prepare a needs assessment survey of the OONE members. Committee members to work on questions to include in survey. The committee reviewed the evaluations from the Fall Conference that pertained to the Engagement Committee such as timing of basket raffle, would like more 50/50 games, recognition readings were too lengthy and bring nominee to stage when reading the nominations. We had 29 baskets in total and all donors have been sent an e-mail thanking them for their donation.

Develop engagement and recruitment strategies to promote inclusion of all nursing leaders in OONE activities 2. Advance the OAC strategic plan in collaboration with community-based partners in all areas of healthcare 3. Support the provision of safe and compassionate quality care through evidence-based practice 4. Communicating the value of nursing and patient care outcomes to stakeholders and legislators 5. Optimize the operational effectiveness of OONE 6.
