Upon contact with the driver, he displayed objective signs and symptoms of being under the influence of alcohol. He was placed under arrest and transported to the SMC Jail. A counterfeit driver s license with a counterfeit California seal was located inside the driver s wallet during a search at the jail. While being asked to walk to a holding cell, the subject became combative and assaulted a deputy and correctional officer. Both the deputy and officer sustained numerous injuries requiring medical attention. The subject was ultimately booked.

Subject was arrested and booked into the SMC Jail on an active misdemeanor warrant with the Palo Alto Police Department. Upon arrival, a deputy made contact with one of the suspects who admitted to stealing from the store. The suspect initially identified herself using a friends name but her true identity was ultimately revealed. A records check confirmed she had active misdemeanor warrants with the unty Sheriff s Office and the Pleasanton Police Department as well as a felony warrant with the Alameda County Sheriff s Office. A search found to her to also be in possession of drug paraphernalia. She admitted to working with another subject in an attempt to distract the store manager while the other subject stole items. Upon contact with the second subject, he also identified himself with a false name but was ultimately positively identified. He was found to be in possession of a shopping cart filled with stolen items and burglary tools. A search also found him to be in possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia and fraudulent currency. Both subjects were arrested and booked into the SMC Jail. Upon contact with the driver, he was determined to be under the influence of alcohol. A records check revealed he was on probation. He was arrested and booked into the SMC Jail. Deputy made contact with a subject. She was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for herself. She was arrested and transported to the SMC Jail to be released when sober. Deputy was dispatched on a report of past ID theft. Unknown suspect(s) opened several magazine accounts using the victim s personal information. In addition to the report of theft, the victim stated unknown suspect(s) punctured her vehicle s tire using a nail. A report was taken for informational purposes. Deputy performed a traffic stop. A records check of the driver revealed his license was suspended. He was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was cited and released on a promise to appear. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with a subject in a vehicle. A search revealed he was in possession of a switchblade knife. He was cited and released on a promise to appear.
