Five Factors to Foster Board Unity 1. Set Expectations: Challenge Leadership Succession Committee to adapt STTI s board member expectations specific to Omicron Delta for each role. 2. Establish Team Norms 3. Celebrate successes 4. Have fun: Do an ice breaker with each meeting (see below) Respectful disagreement can exist. Ice Breakers: Divide into generations show candies for generations game about candies and then give away. Leadership Succession: Should be doing leadership development. Should come to every event to ID potential leaders and then prep them to run for board.
