Reuben Wood YEAR-END GIVING Many of you make year-end donations to the church, for which we are grateful. Please be aware, however, that IRS regulations state that the check must be received in the church st office or postmarked (if mailed) by December 31 for the donation to be used as a 2014 tax deduction. We are required to credit any contribution received after December 31st towards 2015 giving. For this reason, and also to help us plan our final Apportionments payment for the year, please make your year-end donation by December 29th if at all possible. Also keep in mind that if you plan to give using our online giving option, that you should initiate the transaction several days ahead of December 31st so that it will post by December 31st. If you plan to make a stock donation, please initiate the process early enough that the transfer is completed by December 31st. MILITARY PERSONNEL Paul Gower (son-in-law of Ray & Regina Myatt) Kem McEntyre ELEVATOR NOTICE The State of Mississippi has issued new standards concerning elevators. If you regularly use this elevator, please plan to begin using the main elevator as of January 1, 2015. MISSIONS AND EVANGELISM FOSTER CARE CHRISTMAS SPONSORSHIP 2014 Please help.
