We will be in Riverside Park in the SOUTH area (Near the Waterfront). The North Side will be under construction as they remodel the bandshell and fountain. Additional Notes / Requests: This application is subject to approval and acceptance by La Crosse PRIDE and The Center: 7 Rivers LGBTQ Connection, and to availability. La Crosse PRIDE and The Center, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to reject this application for any reason including, without limitation, booths which would be inappropriate given the nature and location of the event or which may be offensive to La Crosse PRIDE patrons. No alcohol will be allowed on the grounds outside that area or by another vendor during La Crosse PRIDE Fest or in Riverside Park during the 2018 La Crosse PRIDE Fest. Canvassing: Exhibitors may interact with guests / attendees only from inside their booth space. Canvassing from outside the booth space is not permitted. Change: The event is not responsible for providing cash or change to exhibitors. Please make sure to have adequate funds on hand. Clean-up: Each organization is responsible for cleaning their event area. Please create a plan for disposal of materials before, during and after the event. Any group that leaves the area in a condition that requires special clean-up may be charged for cleaning services and may not be allowed to participate in the future. Code of Conduct: Staff, volunteers, vendors, and all persons associated with La Crosse PRIDE Fest: Agree to represent the event in a positive manner at all times. Agree not to engage in any behavior that is determined to threaten the safety of anyone participating in the La Crosse PRIDE Fest. Agree not to engage in any behavior that is disruptive or interferes with the rights of anyone associated with La Crosse PRIDE Fest.

Event Details & Information Continued Electricity: Power is available in some areas of Riverside Park. Requests will be evaluated based on need and in the order the applications are received - please make notes in the "Additional Notes / Requests" section above and you will be contacted. Firearms: No firearms or weapons of any kind will be allowed in Riverside Park or the La Crosse PRIDE Fest grounds. Hours on Saturday 9/08/18: Set-up 9:30am - 11:00 am PRIDE 11:00 am - 6:00 pm Clean-up 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm Insurance: All vendors are responsible for their own insurance coverage and agree to hold La Crosse PRIDE and The Center harmless against any and all liabilities arising from participation in the 2016 La Crosse PRIDE Fest. Location: Riverside Park SOUTH - Downtown La Crosse, Wisconsin Payment: Payment is due in full with the submission of the application. Applications are due on or before August 8, 2018. Failure to do so will result in vendors on the waiting list taking the vacant spot. Pets: For the safety of your pet and others, we ask that you leave your pets at home. Exception for service dogs. Photo Release: Acceptance of this application grants permission to La Crosse PRIDE and The Center to use the above named participant's likeness, obtained only during the time applicant is participating in La Crosse PRIDE, on informational and promotional materials and reports, in either printed or electronic (web) form and without any obligation or liability. Placement: Requests for specific location(s), made at the time of application, will be considered in the order received. La Crosse PRIDE has final determination over the placement of all exhibitors. Sales: All proceeds from sales go to the individual/vendor. All participants are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax. Participants must have a valid Wisconsin (La Crosse County) mobile vendor and/or food license. All local, state and federal laws apply. Vendors are strictly prohibited from selling alcoholic beverages or tobacco products.

Event Details & Information Continued Security & Safety: La Crosse PRIDE is not responsible for any loss or theft incurred. Sidewalks must remain open and clean at all times. Set-up: Vendor spaces will be marked as of 9:30am on Saturday, September 8, 2018. Check-in will be 9:30am - 10:30am. NO one will be allowed to check in after that point, as the event starts at 11:00am. Smoking: La Crosse PRIDE Fest is a smoke free event. Violations: By submitting this application you are agreeing to adhere to the standards set by La Crosse PRIDE Fest and The Center. Anyone in direct violation may be asked to leave the event, at the discretion of the event staff. Weather: This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given for inclement weather.
