Alex King requests that Westbrook Health Services be permitted to use the commons area at Tyler Consolidated Middle School on September 15, 2015 to hold a Substance Abuse Prevention World Cafe Meeting. c. Jodie Weckbacher requests that her child, Lyndie Michael, be released from Tyler County Schools for the 2015-16 school year, pending approval from Wetzel County Board of Education. d. Tricia Brinkmeier requests that her children, Justin Brinkmeier and Jenna Brinkmeier, be granted educational leave from September 11, 2015 through September 18, 2015.
Page 3 e. Matthew Jennings, AIB Music Specialist, requests that Larry Prunty, Jillann Westbrook, Amanda Ebert and Brian Ebert be approved as chaperones for the choir for the 2015-16 school year. f. Rebecca Fletcher requests that her son, Cameron Shale Preston Ramsey, be permitted to cross county lines in order to attend Tyler County Schools for the 2015-16 school year, pending approval from Wetzel County Board of Education. 2. Trip Requests: a. Harriet Gorby, AIB Teacher, requests that the fifth grade students be permitted to attend Blue and Gray Days in St. Marys on September 4, 2015, with bus for transportation. b. Matthew Jennings, AIB Music Specialist, requests approval for the following trips, with buses for transportation: 4 th and 5 th grade choirs to watch the WVU Marching Band practice in Morgantown on September 25, 2015, and to Vance Memorial Presbyterian Church in Wheeling to participate in a holiday performance on December 6, 2015; After-school choir and percussion ensemble to the Sistersville Nursing Home to sing Christmas carols on December 17, 2015; 4 th and 5 th choir to Tyler Consolidated High School for the All-County Choir dress rehearsal on March 14, 2016; 4 th and 5 th grade choir to see the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra perform at Capitol Music Hall in Wheeling on April 22, 2016; 3 rd grade choir to the Sistersville Nursing Home on May 26, 2016. c. Amanda Kimble, Director of Support Services, requests a bus to transport eligible 4 th and 5 th grade Sistersville Elementary School students to A. I. Boreman Elementary School on December 10, 2015 to participate in the Tyler County Math Field Day Event. d.
