Client Services Continues Providing Solutions Our Client Services team continues to work with our clients located in states that received ESEA waivers. If your district s SES program is changing for 2012-2013, or other programs will be taking its place, please give Ben, Lynn or Joe a call. The Client Services team has completed new training materials and curriculum for SES providers and administrators. This allows for improved client understanding and efficiencies when using your Cayen software. Over 10 new e-learning tutorials will be released this month. The focus of this set of tutorials is assisting SES district administrators with setting up their systems for a successful 2012-2013 school year. These will be released with our version 9.1 update at the end of August. We have implemented a new online training evaluation in regards to our onsite and web trainings. Gathering client feedback is very important to Cayen Systems so we made taking evaluations more convenient and efficient for you.
