SC State Football Game Zone and Ticket Policy The SC State Athletics Department thanks you for your continued support. This football season, we will continue our Football Game Zone program. Please read the information below that will help you navigate. As you read, look at the accompanying map for clearer understanding of the Game Zone and The STATE Club Parking Guidelines. (1) Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance of game day and arrive early for home games. Game Zone entry points open three (3) hours prior to game time, except for Homecoming and Youth Day. The game zone entry point at Entrance 5 (Chestnut Street/Highway 21 Bypass) opens at 7:00 a.m. for all games; this applies to State Club Members Only! All Game Zone entry points open at 7:00 a.m. on Homecoming and Youth Day. (2) Stadium gates open two (2) hours prior to game time, except on Homecoming when they open three (3) hours prior to game time. (3) Anyone entering campus from Entrance 2 (Pinckney/Russell Streets) and Entrance 3 (Magnolia Street/Highway 601) will be charged $10.00 per vehicle to park on campus on game day. Valid Faculty-Staff-Student parking decals will be honored only at Gates 2 and 3 on game-days (no charge). Gates 2 and 3 will open at 7:00 a.m. (4) Fans entering campus from Entrance 1 (Buckley/Russell Streets), Entrance 4 (Buckley/Goff Streets), or Entrance 5 (Chestnut Street/Highway 21 Bypass) will be required to have valid reserved parking passes purchased in advance of game day in addition to a game ticket for each person in the vehicle. (5) Pedestrians entering the GAME ZONE will be required to have a game ticket for entry into the area. Points of entry to the Game Zone include (on-campus) Geathers Street at Rowe Hall and Naylor Street at Mitchell Hall as well as Entrances 1, 4, and 5. (6) Tickets will be available on game-day at various satellite ticket locations on campus: Geathers Street at Rowe Hall, Naylor Street at Mitchell Hall, Entrances 1, 4, and 5, and at the University Bookstore. For your convenience, tickets may be purchased in advance (prior to game day) online at www.scsuathletics.com, through the SC State Ticket Office by calling 803-536-8579 or 1-800-298-9157, or visiting us at the SC State Ticket Office on campus. (7) Fans who have items at WILL CALL should enter through Entrance 2 (Pinckney/Russell Streets) and come to the Crawford-Zimmerman Building lobby for pick up. Home and Visiting Teams Players Guests, South Carolina High School Coaches with a valid SCHSL Pass, and Recruits should enter through Entrance 2 (Pinckney/Russell Streets) to pick up credentials in the Crawford-Zimmerman Building lobby. SCHSL passes will not be honored on Homecoming. (8) Home football contests are played at Oliver C. Dawson Stadium, 190 Buckley Street, Orangeburg, SC 29117 (Location subject to change). 2016 STATE Club Parking Guidelines Game Zone Entrance 5 (Chestnut Street/Highway 21 Bypass) opens at 6:00 a.m. on game day for all State Club members. Remember, you must have a game ticket along with your parking decal to enter the Game Zone and everyone in your vehicle MUST have a game ticket. You will be able to reclaim your 2015 parking space(s) if you renew by July 15, 2016. To help ensure a safe and enjoyable Bulldog experience for everyone, The STATE Club Security and SC State Campus Police will patrol The STATE Club Tailgating and Parking areas. We ask that you continue to observe parking rules and procedures while on University property. We encourage you to bring all observed parking violations to the attention of security or the STATE Club Parking Committee. RVs will be allowed in the SHM, Staley Hall and Mason Field parking lots at 12 Noon Friday before the game. All RVs must be off the campus no later than 12 Noon Sunday, the day after the game.
