SJS Saints News JPII AWARD Students: Venice Lonnes Grade: 3 Virtues: Diligence Nominated by: Mrs. Metling Story: Venice Lonnes is a very diligent worker. She works hard on her school work and asks questions if she needs something clarified. She always strives to do her best. Venice is also one who will file papers into the students mailboxes. She loves organization and works to achieve it. I nominate Venice Lonnes for the virtue of Diligence. Thank you Venice for showing the Virtue of Diligence. Students: Michael Garlets Grade: 7 Virtues: Charity Nominated by: Ms. Fadness Story: Michael always seems to find time to help other students in the classroom. I have witnessed him helping students with many technology issues in the classroom and even some teachers (including myself). Michael is always willing to help anyone who needs it. KLAWITTER Gr. 6/7 students have been exploring the concept of probability in Mrs. Klawiter's classroom. Completing activities using spinners, dice, coins, and chips, students are learning how educated predictions are made and how to compare what does happen in an experiment and what should happen based upon theory. 4

You can donate bags of candy, Easter basket toys/goodies and we will make Easter Baskets for the kids. DONATE BY MARCH 18 TH to the basket outside of the school office. Last Call!
